yeah it is right there...I missed it but Ken does not have to distibute those shares to shareholder while under restriction. definetly needs to wait until it is lifted or just make them part of the "equity" portfolio of KATX w/o distributing them...right now the would do KATX shareholder no good sitting in out accounts....I know I don't want graveyard stock.
