He is suing the present and past commissioners who ALL worked for th SEC and the attorneys responding ALL are SEC employees

Actually, the attorneys representing the SEC commissioners are from the DOJ.

And Krazy Al is NOT suing the SEC. He's suing a bunch of individuals. In the law, that is an important distinction.
