2. Hodges is not suing the SEC.
He is suing the present and past commissioners who ALL worked for th SEC and the attorneys responding ALL are SEC employees



Just so I understand, anytime anyone files a lawsuit against an individual, they are actually suing their employer?

As to whose behalf he is suing, apparently this changes with the wind and depending on who he is addressing.
