Al H on our behalf is suing the SEC for 3.87 Trillion Smackaroos. The SEC responded and asked that the suit be dismissed for four reasons including lack of proof that.

Does anyone here know if Al H has provided or responded to the Motion to Dismiss filed by the SEC?

That in my view should be the issue of discussion here.
