First of all, I would be careful about labeling a company a scammer until we have all of the final information. Based on what I have seen so far..I certainly could not call ACLH a scam. I am not saying that the SEC will or will not find any info against the company. I am saying, we won't know until the 9th so until then...we need to hold off from judgement!! I do know for fact that there is a patent and that when I spoke to the person in charge at Ancon Marine, he said that it is a very good product, they have done work for many years and that Mr. Anderson (the holder of the patent) is a very honest man! I also know for fact that the SEC had enough concern to suspend trading for 10 days while they gathered documentation from ACLH. So until the final conclusion from the SEC is posted, it is not our place to determine whether or not the company is a scam or is legit!!The powers that be will make the determination based on the facts rather than on pure speculation and personal anger and revenge!!
