Oct 31 2004 there was r/s that took the stock to 4 dollars and by Nov 30...one month later the stock price was 17 cents. There was 50 million O/S and 500 million A/S.....

Do the math...you figure the stockholder dilution in the last 6 years...1.045 Billion O/S (maybe bigger) and 6 Billion A/S (1000's Per cent?) This looks like a piggy bank for someone?

A R/S right now no matter how the company would spin it looks like more money on the stockholders back.

R/S's just don't work amd you pay Lawyers and Investment Bankers fees cause they tell you it will work but the CEO ends up looking like a crook..........
