SVMI could do a Reverse Split to get the Price Per Share above $1.00, qualifying SVMI to be up-listed in Nasdaq ....... with current financials. Possible?
The r/s split still has a negative feel to the stockholder...
You have to r/s up to around 3 bucks cause it will drop to 1.50 before it moves up again maybe 6 months latter after the first holders get out.....penny players are different then dollar players and dollar players are different than blue chippers...

perfect float for this company about 75 million sp 2 bucks with an A/S 300 million....you want to have forward splits not r/s...
