BC, at least Kelly communicates with his shareholders and Virtra has a product and sales. I bought an OTC company one time that consisted of one man in a rented one-room office in Florida. No product. Just pumped out PRs and promoted the company. Here is the kicker, I made money on that stock! But that was the OTC "good-ole-days" when people pumped everything. Now we have to stick with companies like Virtra, in transition if you will. Time will tell.
