It depends on the `waterheater. I suspect Robert has controlling interest and will not be willing to sell so many as to loose this position. That is 'if' the heater is a success. On the other hand,,he would be the one to know the 'true' potential. If he is not pleased with the results of his labor he may dump em all and still walk away rich. Either way,,I think we are in for a run to a buck. Whether it stays there are not will depend on the heater. JMO
