I have not shared any info that would be considered insider. I have just shared some information that was released to employees that keeps them informed during this process. Rogerson would not give us anymore informaion than he legally can ( he`s to smart for that). He recently came to our plant ( first CEO to do that in over 20 years)and when answering questions said that if he had taken over 2 months prior we wouldn`t have filed for bankrupcy. The banks just wouldn`t loan him money at the time he took over. Things have changed and financing is lining up to loan now.
This makes me assume that the shares are atleased worth somthing.
