Ethical considerations? Are u kidding me? I, for one, love it when ontchem posts and am not going to stop him for any reason. This info is just as much ours as it is the employees. What you're saying is that investors should be restricted from having current info on the company's activities. I completely disagree.
It's not insider info unless he, as an employee, has an NDA or some such clause in his employment agreement, as far as I know. In any case, couldn't you have told him that via PM instead of making it potentially worse by calling him on the carpet for all to see?
