I agree that even if they sign on it won't get approved. Susman is hammering it home now. Damn, why couldn't we have gotten him back in January? Veneable was a complete waste. Commons move means nothing without preferreds rising. Nice flip for those who bought yesterday.

The only time I would get excited is if commons ran to $1 because then I know we're getting face.
