The real problem is that government has grown so big that to get final approval takes many weeks/months to go thru all the 'necessary' channels. Combine that with cronyism and whatnot, and this disaster's clean-up is going to be ongoing for years to come.

As much as 30M barrels floating around out there so far. I'm sure MOPN's going to eventually get a nice piece of the clean-up pie.
