Most brokers don't allow it. However, I can assure that some do allow stops and conditional orders on OTC stocks. And the mm's themselves can have stops.

I also think that PIE was referring to all stocks in your portfolio. Just be prudent and pull your stops if you are going to be watching at your screen all day.
