Isn't that if a "new" company is created???

Correct me if I'm wrong but that does not sound like what is happening here. Sounds to me like ..For now...Chapter 11, figure a way to pay back creditors, get everyone to agree or court to agree, keep the security trading, poss get outside $$$ infusion and then come out of Chapter 11 stronger and able to move forward with business.
