I see your point on investigations, however, expressing everything as the industry expresses it, "probability of this or that", surely gives them wiggle room in the event that a rare probability of nothing found occurs. But instead they focused on the rare worst case scenario, instead of providing the base case, imo.

Also, the EEL report covers only Block 2...so asking EEL about the other blocks would not be very effective, imo. Wouldn't it be great if we could've gotten probabilities on the other blocks too, from ERHC. The implications for the increase in the number of elephants would really drive the point home.
