Perhaps management has learned that investigations are contrary to shareholder value. And all news comments, releases, etc are highly filtered by the lawyers to avoid a repeat. Only say what SNP says to say to keep out of trouble. Not too many CEOs/PR firms would comment about another company anyway. If you want to know about EEL, ask EEL not Ntephe.
