Someone might say that SNP did not authorize it, but if EEL had already released that info, then couldn't ERHC have commented on the EEL release?
The whole main role of the CEO is supposed to be that of communicator to the shareholders. Couldn't comments on the EEL report be communicated?
In my mind it is coming back to either 1) They don't get it and understand the EEL report or 2) It's intentional to not comment on it.
That means 1) incompetence or 2) interests not aligned with increasing shareholder value. Or am I missing something? Both possibilities are not flattering.
But one thing we cannot do is take the ERHC presentation at face value.
And the question in my mind is: Is it intentional due to SNP's doing (ERHC naively reports exactly what SNP wants it to) or is it intentional due to ERHC's doing (SEO/PN are making ERHC to report it that way for personal gain)?
