Who has been a great contributor to understanding ERHC and the intricacies of ERHC? I think back a few years ago when Krom first started to get interested in ERHC. When he posted his "doubts" about ERHC on the board most of his posts were deleted. Although most of the posts made sense, the moderators used a heavy hand against Krom. I spoke up to support him back then when he was not known for what he could provide to this board. Here are some posts of mine from back then:

Troy, you comment about one "betting" on this stock as opposed to investing in it is certainly on the mark. What we are betting on is whether or not there is oil and if there is oil how is there. Presently no real investors (as in investment brokerage houses) would (or can) even touch this stock. EHRE being on the BB prohibits this in most if not all cases. So basically all of us here are gamblers. But are we playing the odds or just foolishly throwing our money away like most gamblers do in Vegas. I feel most here truly believe there is oil and it is only a matter of time until it comes out of the ground and makes all of look "smart" (and much richer).

So Krombacher you come here with your sage wisdom and knowledge. I wholeheartedly welcome you here as you are one of the most respected I know of on these investment boards. For those that do not know Krom graduated first in his engineering class from Georgia Tech. He will gain every one's respect here the more he posts. Krom I too had my first few posts deleted but once the moderators got to know me almost all of my posts stay on. As far as investing in ERHE, I tell you what I told YankeeMike a few weeks ago when he emailed me about this stock. Until the cloud of the investigations is lifted, I would wait. My gut tells me the investigations will clear up shortly and at the outset 6 months, but this is pure conjecture. The stock price will probably wane and wallow under this cloud and in December reach new lows from end of year loss selling (just like WG did in the bad years). Waiting for this does have the possibility of missing a big jump if some sort of buy in/out occurs, but I am of the school this will not happen. I have been buying more at dips in the past only to see further dips and better buying opportunities. As I said above, buying into ERHE is a gamble, but the payoff should be big, but may be far off as in 2-3 years of waiting. Those that are here already have learned to be patience because there is no other choice. Those thinking of investing can still wait on the outside without too much risk.

Krom,
Glad to see you out of your shell, but please keep your tongue in cheek or you will be deleted. No need to stick your tongue out at the folks here. BTW, the morning line on your posts being deleted was 10 to 1. The posts were mildly abrasive but coherent and tPosted by: DegenerateGambler Date: Thursday, December 06, 2007 12:25:51 AM

Krom, your apology was thrown into your post in what appeared to be a half hearted attempt to to appease the moderators. You have to be more sincere then that. As I said, this is a good old boys club and membership is a privilege. This is kinda like pledging a fraternity (social not like the one your grades put you in, Phi Beta Kappa) you must respect upper class men UNTIL you are accepted. There are numerous moderators who can black ball at the drop of a hat and right now you are really treading on thin ice.

Moderator, this may sound very strange, but Krom is probably one of the few here who is qualified to be on ERHE's BOD and would probably be one of the best Directors the company ever had. So go easy on him. I read the his last post prior to deletion and saw no reason for the deletion. I would like you to show some leniency for Krom's post, because I know will be a great benefit to this board over the next years, IF he is allowed to stay and IF he invests in ERHE. Erring on the side of leniency should not hurt anyone that much, as one can always use the ignore feature.
houghtful enough to stay. So it is a long shot for deletion.

Now the IRS question, yes discussion is needed, but how can anyone know what ERHE did wrong? An unlicensed CFO is not a good sign and that alone may have raised the IRS's eyebrows enough to start an investigation. We do not know.

In any event, the company made no money / makes no money, with the exception of a one time payment by their partners. There taxes can not be complicated. Of course if they somehow reported bribe money under other expenses (bribes being called something else) this would not be good. But the recent bribe cases show the biggest fines for the worse offenses only about $50 million. I can not envision ERHE being put in that category of fines. My guess for the DOJ to be resolved has been under $5 million in the past and still believe that $5 million would be the maximum fine IF there really is SOME proof of misconduct. I do not believe there will be any proof, but ERHE will pay a nominal mil or two just to get the matter resolved and pay the extortion money to the Feds.

Anyhow, nice to see you here. Maybe we can liven up the discussions here.

Could it be Oily is finally coming out of the closet?
Oily finally admitted to owning some shares of ERHE, which is more shares than Krom ever owned (or will for that matter now that he has been chased off, good job moderators keeping potential investors away).

amj23, Krom may be "new" to IHUB, but he is no stranger to at least six posters here that he knows as reliable from other boards. He asks meaningful questions to the entire board and if the others he "trusts" back up those replies he would likely believe them to be true. Krom came here because of these other IHUBers to learn about ERHE and he will invest more that most have in the company if he is convinced that the company is a good investment. I for one can not give him the green light as I still believe there is too much "gamble" in the company at present. I am heavily invested in the company because I AM a gambler, but do not recommend that others gamble. I have said many times that all here must be gamblers to own ERHE at present. After the investigations are cleared up and the oil is found, then it will no longer be a gamble. But until then, let the dice roll.

This board "almost" lost Krom because of the heavy handed deletions of one moderators, but Krom persevered even though the treatment he received was quite unfair. Now look at the contributions that Krom has provided and look try to figure out why that moderator (Dadd) tried to keep Krom away. It is so nice to prove some of the moderators wrong. One may have to read this post quickly before that heavy handed moderator gets overzealous.

Is anyone thinking about the drilling results. I hope they come in soon. When the results do come in will the share price gap up to over a buck, over two bucks? Do you want to be "out" when the results come in?
