correct TARKA, DM does have the ball and, sadly, you will NEVER find it.
'cause you see, the "ball" is just an illusion in this game. as the artist, DM, quickly shuffles the cups around faster than your eye can keep up, you never saw his hand remove the ball and craftily slide it into his pocket. now no matter what cup you think the ball is under, you will lose!
