Want I believe is finally happening is the building of the ground floor of institutional ownership. What we need to see is a continuation of a broad base of accumulators that will drive the ownership numbers in the 30 to 50 percent range. I believe if Wave continues to focus on gaining market share and they add HP in similar capacity to Dell, and get their hooks into the Govt.....then the conditions are right for a great growth story.
