I have called Michael twice, and emailed him as well. Emails do not receive the quickest response, and unfortunately the answers don't always fit the questions.
During the first phone call, I was told that the PR about going public would be out on PR Newswire, or Marketwire in one, or two days. I posted that on this board.
Obviously there was some kind of delay, so I called again a week later (sent an email as well, that didn't get a direct response to my concern).
On the second call, I was at first made to feel like I was bothering Michael. He explained that he was getting hundreds of emails, and phone calls with suggestions. However, he never really addressed my concern about being told the PRs would be out in a more public way in a day or two, and that not being the case.
He also stated that the company was not concerned about the share price at this time, but in getting the company on track toward reaching some of it's goals.
I told him I thought that if the company made good progress, the share price would take care of itself, and he agreed.
JMO, but I don't think he realizes that it's not a good idea to tell a shareholder that you are not concerned about the share price at any time. I don't think he meant it to come across that way, but if your job is Investor Relations, I think you need to establish the best relations possible with investors.
I chalk most of this up to growing pains, and it was good to hear that they are getting a big response. I just feel that the response should translate into volume, and so far it has not.
Again JMHO,
