You can if they are whole house water heaters. WDRP says their unit is a point of entry unit(I assume this means whole house based on what other posters have stated here). So if it is a whole house, it will be able to handle more than one appliance at a time. I do not know what specifications are required to qualify it as whole house. I would assume it needs a minimum flow requirment, a minimum pipe size hookup, and maybe a minimum temp rise. I have not researched this so it is only a guess as to what might be required.
