I can just imagine when you are on your death bed many years down the line your last words to your children will be something like:

"Remember, the CMKX cert that has been in my safety deposit box for the past 40 years is going to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars one day soon. As soon as economic receipt is finalized and Al Hodges' grandson signs off on it you will realize that I am not the crazy old loon that you think I am."
