in civilized countries??? poland, spain, italy, sweden, india and thailand all have polymer energy technology plants turning waste plastics into renewable energy - i would definitely consider them civilized countries wouldn't you?
how many countries does jbii have operating, revenue producing p2o plants in? the answer is zero.
Of course NTIC managment will ultimately be held responsible. Perhaps even criminally charged. Just cause you are unable run your process because of environmentally harmful compounds in civilized countries, doesn't make it OK to run them in third world countries where it's easy to hide what you're doing..........z
