Because they don't pay taxes till they cover. A shorts dream would be for Wave to wither away as a penny stock for years and years and years...You need to convince these shorts it's worth paying the tax bill to cover. My guess is rock solid news of revenue growth would convince some to cover. I bet the new year will bring some short covering with the tax not due till 06..!...CL
