Because you can point to A partial summary judgement from a case several years ago that was reversed (with no context) doesn't adress the remoteness of chances of reversal in general.nor does it adress the risk /reward of paying $500 (or more) p/hour to find out. also to further adjudicate risks a greater adverse judgement. nor does it adress the harmful effect continued uncertainty has upon shareprice. am not in favor of continued tilting at this windmill and don't think it is reasoned rational approach.
