Looks to me the Mineseeker deal is still not finalized and will be at least 2 weeks from completion

I can wait 2 weeks for mineseeker...previous PR said negotiating 100's of millions of dollars on contracts...oh yeah! I like that he gave us an update showing it is still progressing too. AND I really like the UN and other Govt's want to see it in action...OH YEAH!
