Looks to me the Mineseeker deal is still not finalized and will be at least 2 weeks from completion, if that. On dean time, that might be 4-6 weeks from now to get another update.

Can reasonable infer that funding isn't done and that there quite possibly might be at least 2 more weeks more of heavy dilution too. We'll see..
