how does the uplist effect the shorts? It sounds like they will be required to cover...is that correct and how is that enforced? Do you think that a pr will come out with a date that the uplist occurs and that all ( 30-40 million)shorted shares must be covered by that date? How long do you think between that announcement of approval to uplist and the actual date that it occurs?
