Repost: Each uplist is different. It all depends on how long the audit takes. In the case of CDIV I would think the audit would be very simple (have you seen the financials very basic). Also the company is aware of the short position as well from their PR so they would want the audit done ASAP.

The Finra application takes anywhere from 3-45 days. Yes 3 days. Call yourself at 240-386-5100. They will tell you that they respond back within 3 days of receiving the application. If all is on order it is approved. Otherwise additional information is requested. We don't know how long before the PR the company was working on the audit. They could have already started or been further in.

Do you see why the MMs might be getting nervous, if the audit is complete or near complete this could happen any day.

Many other companies have taken longer because of the complexities of the company, assets, audits etc. This should be a very straight forward audit and application so timing should be average or sooner.
