(OTC.BB:GHLV - News) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, it has completed a non-brokered private placement using Regulations S ("Reg S") Exemption from the registration statement. The Company issued 625,000 units at a price of $0.80 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant is exercisable into one additional common share of the Company at a price of $1.20 per share until April 08, 2015.
