PUBLIC SHARE OFFERING CLOSINGS - I'm trying to identify and keep a list of companies that have had recent closings of public offerings. I will post a chart and the following info- closing date, # of shares, and the closing price. Please reply to this post and only post stocks that have closing prices higher than the current price, the idea is to get in for less than the offering price.
