nessco: IMO, your statement that "The truth is that we don't really know Mr Tilden's situation and we are only speculating as to what he could have or should have done." really sums up the situation.

I also would like to point out that IDCC has stated that they have an insider trading policy which has recurring periods of restrictions for sales of company stock. Therefore the timing of a sale may mean nothing more than it being an open period.
