I think the answer to getting/sifting thorugh millioins of papers from WEIL to get the facts, can best be found in what Usual gleaned about the EC gettting docs from a third party! I think we need to give that more of a look.

Who in the world would that be? Are we/have been teeming up with the FDIC a tad? OR From DEWey? The parting words in their answer to objection of compensation motion said they had uncovered tens of billions! From what info? Maybe this third party granted them docs months ago and they where working on this until they were conflicted out.

And when did they get them? They may already have sifted through material a while ago and just had a final few questions to clairify hence the request for the examiner, that now JMW has granted us/EC discovery, we can get the last links and probably a lot more sh_t to hang them on.
