lol. if that is who they are counting as official solicitors for their product in the oil spill disaster, that is a very "misleading" headline. i wonder whether that could constitute as "deceptive" headline? seems very possible to me. u.s. shareholders are not the ones involved with the cleanup down there, so typically a "solicitation" for cleanup work is made by business or governement-related entitites under such circumstances. just because a few shareholders are pleading for the company to be involved, does not constitute a formal solicitation for help down there. the question regarding whether or not that could be construed as deceptive is very valid in my opinion. not sure what the company's "intent" is in that streaming that headline either. worth an inquiry and explanation. imo
