Well if the CEO of the company that they planned to have etc carried in hadn't passed away..the spinoff might have actually happened..
Then you don't think that the nasty phone calls to a Window World a few towns away didn't kill that whole deal then. Probably another thing that killed that deal is the fact that most Window World outlets are individual franchises and EXPO had only made a deal with one of them.
