Well if the CEO of the company that
they planned to have etc carried in hadn't passed away..the spinoff might have actually happened..With those two items in the works..I can see how an AS increase wouldn't have been needed..The private placement would have brought in manufacturing capital which EXPO wouldn't need to raise for production purposes..Add to that the resumption of the milestone project and I can see where added infusion of capital was needed..So for every time it was said that an AS increase wasn't needed..I can see why that statement was made..I don't see the need now for a RS and the company also doesn't see that need..Of course there can be no guarantees one way or the other..I don't see any lying as you have suggested going on..I do see workers working on contracts on the webcam and I do see that JD has stepped down effective today..I would say the chances are good that investors here are about to hit the motherload..There are all those items that you mention that haven't shown up yet..I can wait to see how it all turns out and I am buying more shares..A company that did go from down here and lower to over .03 on speculation of one new product coming.. can certainly do better IMO with that new product being moved to the retail side with a new CEO moving the company forward...veno
