Charlie, thanks for your thoughts on the Howarth NG Analysis...

I had been hesitant to ask your opinion per Dew’s suggestion until I had at least tried to answer it myself and had some specific questions that I needed help with... Something I have not yet gotten around to.

I had raised the issue on the FSYS board because I felt that I, as an investor in FSYS, need to know the arguments against the “Pickens Plan”, less I get caught up in the hype likely to surround possible upcoming Congressional consideration of the Natural Gas Act and make uninformed investment decisions.

A similar issue that I have not yet studied on my own, but which you might be willing to answer is:

Does compressed natural gas or liquid propane make sense as an automobile fuel in situations where oil refining capability is limited? ... Or, in another guise, is it easier and more economical to generate fuel grade CNG or LP than gasoline or diesel? .... This argument has been raised to justify an expectation that natural gas vehicles will be widely adopted in countries such as Iran that have inadequate refining capacity.
