I think they should appeal the ruling...(JMO)
The stock price cannot possibly get any worse (again, JMO)
I think if HRCT requests an appeals hearing that the amounts will be lowered and/or possibly vacated under further review.
These are just my feelings and I truly feel it would be for the betterment of HRCT.
