Well it's Sunday 5/2 and the Hodges Update seems to be falling upon the fantasy category. Now some people like BowlingIlovetobegg will try to rationalize the Mr. Hodges didn't guarantee monies this weekend and he's right but my response as well as any responsible same minded person's response would be simple, if you are the ultimate professional why put out a what if or possibly statement? I know most lawyers I have dealt with and even spoke about this basically said this was nothing short of being irresponsible. Now some plaintiffs and CMKX gurus will have you believe that Mr. Hodges doesn't react under peer pressure, well the last update indicates otherwise. Talk is cheap, actions speak louder than words. A statement of reality that has been mentioned here on this board along with other boards is simple, show me the money. But since no one can, including Mr. Hodges, it is fair to say that everything being said about this big payout is theory or hot air. That's not a negative statement, it's just plain unadulterated truth.
There' not a CMKX shareholder, including myself, whose emotions wouldn't love a BIG PAYDAY but when you set emotion aside and analyze the facts, well you got it, thus the positioning from the Hodges camp.
Finally, while Mr. BowlingIlovetobegg feels his so called trusted position allows him to continue to make empty promises, people are starting to figure out quickly that he really knows zilch about what's going on. Dreams are nice but reality is better
