I'm hearing you. Longs in WAMUQ can say they were part of the big battle of the banks in 2010. It's better to have loved and lost than never loved at all! Does that apply here? It sorta does.

And - Take profits when you can get them and then hold long and/or only bet what you can afford and are willing to loose.

Unfortunately, many WMI stock holders are not even aware of this battle for their stock. Not until someone sends a notice to all stock holders about something of importance from courts or WMI will we really see the ire of equity.

But, it's okay. The work done to date is great. Thanks to Fish and the gang here and Joyce and the EC we are looking better than ever.
