haha sorry, heres the clarification. half is halt** my mistake.

just from observation. i noticed that if the FDA is going to deny approval normally the MM's would push it higher just before it get halted.

now if the FDA would approve the drug, normally the MM's would dive it lower towards the halt.



the rationale is, the MM's push the stock higher before halt to short it at a higher PPS on the other hand, MM's push the stock lower to either buy at a cheaper PPS or to cover.
