Yes,BGOI did a forward 2:1 split in Jan. 2010 which brough 0/S to 120 million. Since then Truimph who was owed money by BGOIhas been selling shares for the secured notes. They can sell up to 600 million of the 1.5 billion Authorized.I will update O/S Wednesday,last weel we were sitting at 588 million. Hope this helps but be carful as we should be heading lower until Truimph is done dumping.
