You will need for oil to hit over $ 100.00 USD per barrel for these penny oil stocks to run, most all oil stocks are falling back in price, I would love to see oil go to $ 105.00 USD to $ 125.00 per barrel, my buddy t bone pickens want oil to go to $ 150.00 USD per barrel.
