"worthless 10k/q"

hmmmmmmm, shouldn't a fully informed investor make that decision if they are worthless or not. I don't see valid financials from this company. Does Apple computer company not file reports because they are "worhless" ? I don't think so.

Those that have spoken to Mel must know this answer I am seeking. I would love to hear the response. It sounds like Mel is a fantastic person, friendly to talk to, and shows us a promising future to pop n go but it concerns me that filings are not current. This should be a huge red flag IMO. Transparency IMO is a must.
