Did you read my post, I said "already contentious". It would be interesting to hear from someone on Interdigitals side whether this shareholder effort is welcome at this point. If this effort fails to pressure Nokia in anyway to settle it really is of no value and might make Nokia dig in their heels even more. Nokia has no way of knowing that this is not being pushed by management. The only real value is just making the US govt more aware of the situation of the foreign IPR theft, but I dont know how that will help us with Nokia at this time. I am not trying to stir up anyone as the paper was interesting reading...
