Who would be motivated to try to nullify the company and the shares?
Its a fact that PYCT is naked shorted , no shareholders deny that , and the SEC and DTCC admitt even the stocks on the NYSE may be naked shorted one for one ,
Only a crooked broker , hedgefund or a very naive investor would deny its exists on ALL PINK SHEETS .
Those that have been here and know more history than what can be gained from public records and cobble together some attempt to nail down the naked short.
The HUGE RED FLAG is that the pretenders that post here DID NOT POST THIS LAWSUIT , when they can spin anything into a negative , because they are massively short.

Yes the criminals that shorted this naked initiated the bankruptcy proceeding which costs money , lots of money BTW.
Again WHO would have such a motivation to do so?

Shorty has a real math problem coming to his/her desk , they have no clues as to how big this will be , I do , but lets wait for the comapany to deliver!
