Banana - the lawsuit that was posted about here where PYCT was sued was not related to any brokers, pure comedy if the crew thinks that is the case (the would first need to show proof but that goes against the pump). Anyway - one neat little side fact about that lawsuit revealed Pillay's siggy on the dotted line so either it was forged or he showed up somewhere at some law office to attest to the claims against the company. (in other words he did not disappear but was basically invisible when it came to running the CO.)
