Except for residents w/in approx 800 yards of the well blowout in NW LA, others have returned to their homes. There was some gov't delay in certifying the water tests... Water was determined to be safe. Authorities want Exco to finish it's work plugging the well prior to allowing nearby residents to return. A relook @ an area map, the blowout location (south Caddo Parish) was 10 miles to my east.
Note: by law no well may be drilled w/in 500 ft of an occupied building.
